How to transfer iphone 4s contacts to Blackberry bold 9900?

I have both phones, iphone is my personal phone while the Blackberry is my Business phone, but would like to have same contacts in both phones, how do i do that? I also have the new iTunes (11.0.1) its a PITS if you ask me, and i can't seem to work it out using Microsoft outlook 2010. Can anyone please help me out by explaining how i can do this? Please
