How to transfer jailbroken iPhone apps to PC?

So I jailbroke my iPod and I hated how it was working So slow and the battery drained so quickly. I wanted to restore my ipod, but I want to keep the apps that I downloaded from Installous. Is there any way that I can transfer jailbroken apps into my iTunes library and after I restore my ipod, take the files I transfered and put them back in my newly restored ipod?

Yes you can do that. But you will need another 3-rd party software, because itunes won't allow you to do that. You know that, right? In the title you said iphone but in the description you mean ipod… So I'll take it for ipod OK?

Syncios is what you need. I use it to transfer apps from Pc to my iPhone and it never fails me.
