How to transfer music from iphone to the computer?

I have an iphone with all my music on it although this music is not purchased from itunes. My PC broke so all my music was deleted and I only have the music on my phone now. Is there a way I can get this music from my iphone to my computer or add songs from itunes to my phone without syncing and deleting all my songs on the iphone. I have tried clicking the 'manually manage music' option but to set this it says it has to sync and this will also delete my music so is no good either.
