How to transfer music from my blackberry to my iphone?

I have a memory card with all my music and photos from my blackberry, but i heard you can't use them on iphones. I'm getting a iphone for xmas and i was wondering how i get my music and photos from my blackberry to my iphone if i can't use my memory card?

Connect both of them to a computer then get the music from your blackberry to your desktop then put the music to your itunes liberary then from there put it on your iphone
