How to transfer music from my computer to my iphone 4?
I don't have phone service but it connects to Wi-Fi and allows me to download. My computer can't discover the phone.
Connect it to iTunes (with the white wire) and press "sync":)

ITunes is the best solution. Unlike any other phones/devices, (for example android ones) you can't use iPhones/iPod Touches/iPods as a mass storage device. So the ''drag-and-drop the file'' thingy won't work on Apple devices.So, you must use iTunes.
So it works like this, you download iTunes from the apple site (www.apple.com) after downloading it to your PC/MAC, install it on your computer. After installing iTunes, drag the music you would want to download or transfer on your iPhone. Drag it first on iTunes. If you are done dragging the songs on iTunes. Connect your iPod, iTunes will automatically read your iPod and will sync the songs to your iPod.
You must download iTunes.
iPhones can only connect to your computer properly when iTunes is there.
Once iTunes is installed, click your devices icon, the click on this iPhone, drag and drop music.
iTunes will then copy this music.
This will only work if the phone is set to manually manage music and video, you can set this up in the summary page of iTunes.
To do this. Click your devices icon and chose summary, then click manually manage music.
