How to transfer my music from my iPod Touch to my iPhone 4?
I have the same iTunes account I'm just not sure how to transfer my music.
Added (1). Please be specific, I know I need to sync but I don't know how to.
You just plug in your iphone and sync the music you want from your itunes library.
Download iTunes to your laptop at http://www.apple.com/.../download/. Log in and stuff, and connect the iPod to your laptop with the USB/wire/connecter thingy that came with your iPod. Sync them together. Do the same with the iPhone. That's what I remember, but you need to download iTunes. Hope that helps you.

Maybe you can try iPad manager. It supports all iPad/iPod/iPhone versions, and can transfer files between these Apple devices.

You may try iPod/iPad/iPhone transfer software, it's a nice iTunes alternative that can help you upload music and video to iPod/iPad/iPhone, I always use it to sync my iPod when my iTunes can't recognize my iPod, it's easy to use and works pretty well
the tutorial shows how to transfer music from iPod to computer, you will then need to sync the music from computer to iPhone, you can use iTunes, same as iPod sync.
Itunes may help you but sometimes iTunes will delete your original file when you automatically sync it. I think Tipard iPhone 4 Transfer can help you. As it can transfer music directly from iPod Touch to iPhone 4.
