How to transfer my number to my new iPhone from my old one since I didn't get a serial number?
I had an iPhone 5 that got damaged so I had to get a new one from the Apple store. I use Straight Talk and it says on their website that I have an incorrect serial number. The Apple store didn't give me one and the serial number that's in my new phone doesn't work. Straight Talk says to use the serial number from the card that is given to you, but I didn't get a card.
I fail to understand why you are asking your question here instead of asking the Apple Store.
