To transfer from iPhone/iPad/iPod to Computer connect that to your computer using the USB cable. Launch iTunes 9.1 or later on your computer.
1 ) Select your iPhone/iPad/iPod from the Devices section of iTunes.
2 ) Click the Apps tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Under the File Sharing section, you'll find Voice Recorder.
3 ) Select Voice Recorder to view a list of recorder files on your iPad.
4 ) Drag and drop selected files from iTunes to Desktop as picture to import into computer
You need DRM copy protection removal software.

It can be done either via a USB Cable or Bluetooth. I'm not an iPhone user, but I guess you may also do it via iTunes.
