How to transfer purchased songs from iTunes, but?
I have some songs that weren't purchased from iTunes. Like songs I got from soundcloud or illegal download. How to keep them? Because whenever I want to sync purchased songs to iPhone it will delete all songs that weren't purchased from iTunes and I can't transfer them anymore
I don't understand why people rely on automatic updates of their phone by syncing to put new music on their devices. I never do and never have this problem. I set iTunes to allow me to manually manage my music and I just drag an drop the new songs onto my iPod's tab on sidebar (which can be brought up with ctrl s). I never lose old songs putting new ones on. I've used MM on every Apple device I've ever used - including different generations iPod Nano and Touch, iPhone and iPad. Even iPhone 5 w/iOS 7.
- Will songs purchased from bandcamp on my mac still transfer to my iphone? I just got a Mac, and I'm loving the whole "downloading songs on computer puts them directly on your phone" thing. But I have zero idea how that works with things not downloaded from the itunes store. Any help would be super de duper.
- Purchased songs lost after reinstalling iTunes? I had to delete iTunes today then reinstall it because my iPhone wasn't being detected under Devices. I easily transferred my purchased songs from my phone's iTunes but the purchased ringtones I had aren't there anymore. They don't show up in the Tones section of anything. I checked my iTunes purchase history and they're clearly there. So how do I get them back or find them?
- Is there any way I can transfer stuff I purchased from iTunes on one account, to a new/other account? Let's say I purchased 30 songs & 3 movies on an account with iTunes (let's call that account, account A) & now, 2 years later, I create a new account (account B) & now I want to keep my old stuff, the 30 songs & 3 movies, is there any possible way I can transfer my purchased items from account A to account B?
- I'm deleting songs from my iphone, but now songs playing don't match the names. How to fix? I deleted about 3 dozen songs from my iphone using the "swipe and delete" method. But now when i play i choose a song from my list by name a different song will play. Any ideas how to fix this?
