How to transfer songs from my Iphone onto my Laptop?

My ituned messed up and now all of my songs have been deleted with the only remaining songs to listen to on my iphone yet I don't know how to put the songs from my iphone onto my laptop

Re-install iTunes then sync your phone?

Reinstall itunes, then log on & the songs can be transferred. Also you can use a sd card or beam the songs to the laptop if it has Wi-Fi
