Sync it with itunes on your computer.
First, download iTunes on your computer. You can get that here: http://www.apple.com/.../download/
After you've installed it in your computer, connect your iPhone using your Lightning to USB cable to your computer and open up iTunes and click on your device (iPhone 5). First, do a full back-up to your computer by clicking, 'back-up' next to where it says, 'Check for Software Update'. After all your data is backed-up on your computer, go to the top-left corner and click, 'File'. Scroll down to where it says, 'Devices'. From there, select 'Transfer Purchases'. Once that's done, iTunes will sync your Device & you will be done.
- Where do i find all the stuff ( photos etc) that have been saved to the computer iPhone 4? My kid had a row with her best friend and deleted all the best friend photo's… She has an Apple account and supposedly it backs up the contents of her iPhone 4 to her computer… BUT we can't find where… iTune's maybe?
