I've tried adding the video to iTunes library and then it can't sync to my iphone.
Coz I wanted to upload an instragram using my iphone.
So impossible.
If your video is already mp4 video, you can import the mp4 video into iTunes at first. Connect your iPhone to computer through USB cable, iTunes will recognize the iPhone automatically, and then go to iTunes menu 'File -> Sync iPhone', the video will be transferred to iPhone. Or you can highlight the problem video in iTunes and choose Create iPod or iPhone version from the Advanced drop down menu. When the conversion process has completed, sync the new version to your iPhone.
