IPhone has no ability to transfer contacts to a SIM card. It can only import data from a SIM. Try syncing your iPhone to Exchange or Gmail (including contacts). Then sync new device to the same service( exchange of Gmail).

as to how to transfer contact to google server, different systems have different operations and i don't know which one you are using, the Symbian, Android or blackberry, so.
