How to turn iPod Touch 5G into iPhone?

So I got the iPT5G and love it having the features of the iPhone 5, my contract on my iPhone 3G is expired and want to close it.

I have heard of two options, something about FreedomPop making it your own Wi-Fi hotspot or a USB modem. Can anyone explain how either of those would work, would it work at all?

You can do this by maybe creating an app for yourself.
Or just create a plan that would legally connect your phone to the internet and look for an app like skype that can call mobile phones

Hi you can use face time or also you can download viber from app store and call from it via internet connection, also you can download icall and registrer your ipod on www.voip.com to make calls

  • Unlocking iPhone 4 (turn into ipod?)? My friend found an iPhone 4. password locked on it also. There's pretty much no legit way to turn it in, so i wanted to perhaps turn it into an ipod touch. Is there any tutorials on any hard resets or anything out there? Most I looked up required going into settings. But I can't do that since this phone has a password on it. and tuts?

Here's the deal on amazon its cheaper to get iphone 4s cases than ipod touch 4g so what if i have one of those plain silicone cases for ipod touch 4g and then i buy a iphone 4/4s silicone case also or any rubber case would it fit. Like put the ipod touch 4g on and then with the case on i put it onto the iphone 4s would it fit correctly?
