How to turn off Apple send messages quietly?

I turned on the send messages quietly mode by accident, and now I can't turn it off. I don't receive any text notifications, and going into the notification settings and changing stuff doesn't help. I have an iPhone 6s if that helps.

  • When I turn my iPhone off I don't receive any messages when I turn it back on? My iPhones been like this for a while. I'll turn it off and say my friend will text me, when I turn it back on I won't get any of the messages. Anyone know how to fix this?
  • My iPhone 4 won't let me send picture messages when my 3G is off? I have my phone on Wi-Fi, and when I try to send picture messages to people who don't have iMessage while my 3G is off, it won't let me. It's very frustrating, because before I ha a data plan, picture messaging was just part of my regular plan. So I think it's a bit ridiculous if I have to use my data to send a picture message to someone without an iPhone. Someone please help, I'm very confused!
  • IPhone earphones play quietly? Whenever I use earphones with my iPhone 4S I have it on full volume yet it plays really quietly, and when I use the side buttons is says high volume and the end squares are red, what's happening? I've used a range of earphones so I know it's definitely the earphone jack.
  • If you send in an iPhone for repair will Apple send you a bill? My phone will not turn on unless i plug it in the charger and i tried a Mophie case and that doesn't work. So i was wonder if i send in an iPhone to Apple will they charge me at all for repairs?
