How to turn off fingerprint scanner in new iphone 5s?

Is it possible to turn off fingerprint scanner in new iphone 5s?
Any ideas? For example, some tweak in Cydia or even some silicon finger?)
P.S.
I'm am neither terrorist, nor criminal. I simply don't want to leave my fingerpints.

You can turn off the fingerprint scanner in the settings.

Then don't.

It is optional when you set up the iphone, and can be changed in the general settings.

I'm about to get an iPhone, but i don't know which one i should get. What do you recommend?
