How to turn off internet on iphone 4?

Is there any way to turn off the data-internet on the iPhone so i could only use Wi-Fi? I don't want to go overboard on the internet.

1) Go into Settings
2) Go into General
3) Click on Network
4) Turn off Cellular Data!

I had to do the same things so I wouldn't use too much. Haha
