How to turn on emergency alert on my iPhone 4S?
I have AT&T and it doesn't give me an option to turn on emergency alerts on the iphones4s. I'm updated to ios6 too

- What happens when you press Emergency call on your IPhone 4S? So when my phone is locked, it says "Emergency call" underneath the 7. I have pressed it many times on accident. And when I do, it gives me a dial pad and says "emergency call" in like five different languages. So it doesn't call anybody unless you dial a number. So what would happen if I called someone and it wasn't an emergency? Like my parents or something? Would it go into like a regular call or will it connect to the emergency response too?
- What happens on the IPhone 4 when you hit emergency call at lock screen? I'm asking specifically for the iPhone 4 if you don't know then please don't make something up I REA that it prompts a screen for you to place a call and I've also read that is automatically starts calling 911 which is true
- Setting a ring tone on IPhone 4S for all emergency text messages? I have an Iphone 4S and I want to set a custom ring tone for all emergency text messages I receive. These text messages come from a different number each and every time. (ie. 777203777562, 777… ). All text messages start with "alert@erie.gov".Is there any program or any way where I can create a ring tone for all these numbers without typing them all in?
- My phone got weather alert yesterday now won't stop the alert noise every 10 min? It doesn't come up as notification or any way of seeing any alert it's just the sound how do I make it stop it's doing it right now i don't know my phone model but it's touch smart phone not iPhone maybe Android or Galaxy or something i don't know please help.
