How to turn the noise off my Twitter App on IPhone 7?
Just got my first IPhone ever today. I hate when my phone makes any noise whatsoever except for the alarm. Right now it only makes noise for the alarm and when I'm refreshing my Twitter feed. Notifications are completely turned off for Twitter but when I'm done with my timeline and want to refresh it makes a noise.
How do I turn this off?

Please* don't put down that I shouldn't be bringing my phone to class because I really have to. Anyway I want to know all the things I need to turn off in order for it not to make any noise at all.
- What causes the rattling noise in the new iPhone 5 and is it bad it makes this noise? Near the proximity sensor when i shake the phone back and forth something inside rattles and it is beginning to concern me.
