Funny all you had to do is take the phone to an Apple store or the carrier that shows up on the screen and they could find the owner in less then a day, so you don't try that hard did you? By now if you have had it a long time, the phone has been reported lost or stolen, so has since been blacklisted, so you can't activate it on any carrier, even if you were to get it unlocked.
Hire the people who unlocked the pulse nightclub shooter's phone. If the FBI needs help what makes you think it's going to be that easy.
