How to unlock a sprint iPhone to straight talk?
I have a sprint iPhone 4s iOS 8.2 and I want to switch it to straight talk, I know I have to unlock it but don't know how.
You need to contact Sprint and have them unlock the phone for you. If you have completed your contract they will unlock it for you for free.
You should look at the Straight Talk website to make sure that they allow Sprint phones with their service. Last I knew Straight Talk did not allow Sprint phones with their service.
Kajeet Wireless allows you to bring your old Sprint phone to their service. They use Sprint towers for service.

It is currently locked. I know I need to unlock it, but I do not know how to do that. Is it true Sprint does not give unlock codes, so it is impossible? If the old owner owes money on a Sprint account on that iphone, can it not be unlocked? Would it also need to be jailbroken or flashed? Or are those the same things as unlocking?
