How to unlock an At&t iPhone 5? - 1
So my friend works at at&t and he unlocked it for me at first because it was locked. I then went through the activation screen and everything was working fine except it wasn't in service yet, but when i went to metro pcs to activate it they said that i had to use Wi-Fi to complete the activation proccess so it would work. The iPhone did have the LTE on and it was in service. All i had to do is go through the activation screen again because i restored it after. But now it says that the sim from metro pcs is not supported and won't let me through. I texted my friend to see if he could do something but all he gave me was a code. Where can i use that code? What can i do or should do? It still has the metro pcs sim in it and activated but i think the iphone is locked or something. Can it be sim lock?
