How to unlock an iPhone 4s 6.1.3?
I have tmobile and i want to be able to use my iPhone 4s. It is a verizon iPhone.

Unlocking an iPhone 4S from Verizon will only let you use another carrier (such as T-Mobile) when the phone is outside the USA. That's because this phone has both CDMA and GSM capabilities, but the CDMA is always used when the phone's in the USA whether it's unlocked or not, and the CDMA will stay locked to Verizon no matter what.
If you had an AT&T iPhone 4S you wouldn't have this problem, because AT&T is GSM even inside the USA (unlike Verizon and Sprint).
