How to unlock an iphone 5 cricket phone?
Was wanting to know because I want to switch to straight talk thanks.
All cricket phones made before late 2013 will never unlock. The new crickets the ones made specifically to work on the at&t network can be unlocked. Just call cricket and ask for it to be unlocked, they will ask you to buy the phone if it is not all payed off.
- Switching verizon phone to cricket? I'm on cricket wireless, and i recently broke my phone. I can't really afford a new one, so my friend offered to give me his old iphone 6s that was on verizon but he switched to sprint and got a new phone. I'm wondering if it is possible to put my cricket sim card in his old phone and it would work?
- My iPhone 6s plus carrier is cricket 26.1 but when I use the cricket sim it does not work. What is up with that? It use to be a t-mobile carrier but after I tried to unlock it with the cricket sim, the carrier suddenly changed to cricket 29.1 but it still did not work.

- If I flash a bad ESN iPhone 4 to cricket will I be able to fully use the phone? Thinking of buying a iPhone but can only find bad ESN ones. Does it matter? My carrier is Cricket so I was just going to buy the phone and flash it. Will I be able to use the phone like an iPhone should be used?
