Bad luck, like me --- I had to restore it by plugging in the laptop & EVERYTHING Got deleted
You're most likely going to have to reset your phone, which will get rid of all your saved files, but it will unlock your phone
Take it into your local AT&T store with proof of ID, unless it it stolen in which you can expect the cops to come to your door since you can't disable the built-in gps.
You will need to restore your iPhone in iTunes to new state
