How to Unlock IPhone 5 on Bell?
Just bought a brand new iPhone from someone online and Its locked to bell. I'm not a bell customer so I'm wishing to unlock it. I'm willing to pay a bit to unlock it but not like a crazy amount like 200. I want to un lock it by Imei, Does anyone know a site the I could use that would work in canada?
Look online. Is their a flea market where you like? Because they always have people that unlock phones there. Also you can try to go to a no plan company and sometimes they will unlock it for you. Try the link below.

Bell doesn't "sell" locked phones. If it is a new phone, then it is likely under contract from Bell. This means that the owner must pay to end the contract before the phone it theirs to sell. Even if the person actually paid to terminate the contact… I'd want proof and specifically to have them get Bell to unlock it as proof they own the phone outright.
You can contact Bell Canada and they will unlock the phone for $75 (might be $50 now). However, you must own the phone and the contract must be up, or nearly up. It is probably a good idea to contact them just to verify that the phone isn't under contact.
There are online sites which provide instructions and codes for unlocking phones for a fee. It is usually better to get Bell to do it -- especially since you don't have proof that the phone isn't under contract.
Try to have it iphone factory unlock at http://jailbreakhome.com/iphone-factory-unlock. After if has been unlock, you will be able to use it with different networks.
