How to unlock my iphone 4s which runs ios7.0.4?

How can i unlock my iphone 4s which running baseband 5.0.02 and ios 7.0.4.
I wish to do this by jailbreaking it using evasi0n.
would i need to use ultrasn0w or SAM? Or is there another way? Please explain or leave a link.
please no "use an official imei unlock" i've had so much rubbish from that i'm resorting to this.

You can unlock your phone just fine using Evasi0n (http://evasi0n.com/), but currently, there are two ways to unlock your iphone, as ultrasn0w and other methods are not working yet. You can do the IMEI unlock rubbish (yeah, i said it OR, you can use the Gevey Ultra S Sim card to do it, but that involves $25-$35 currently, depending on how dependent you are on resorting to this.
