Do it from iTunes but then you will loose everything you did or downloaded
You must reset to factory defaults via iTunes. This means all content added by you will be lost.
From my own experience, there really is no way to unlock it.
You have to restore it>
Go to itunes>your device>click on restore button>
it will change everything back to its factory settings.
So make sure you have everything backed up onto your computer.
Put the iPhone into recovery mode google how to do it or bring it to your carrier store or Apple I know they can help.
