How to unscrew a jammed iPhone 4 screw on the bottom?

I think I screwed on one of the bottom star screws a little too tight and I can't get it out. What ways can I get it out so I can change the back of my phone?

All you can really do without breaking the phone is just trying to get it out with maybe a skinnier screwdriver if you have one.

  • Lock button on my iPhone 4 is Jammed? The other day I noticed it, it is still working but I have to press down really really hard for it to lock. I didn't spill anything sticky on it or anything and I took a toothpick and tried to undo it. But no luck. What do I do?
  • Screwdriver needed to unscrew Iphone screws? I'm not talking about the ones on the bottom, I used a knife for them. I'm talking about the ones in which I'm repairing the screen. Like I have the ones that came with the new screen, but they are too big and won't unscrew anything. Does anyone know what type I'll need to unscrew all the screws in the Iphone?
  • My iphone 4 lock button is jammed? - 2 I dropped my phone and the buttons jammed no matter how hard I push it doesn't do anything… Is there any way you can't fix it with out opening it? And I don't have money for a repair shop to do it. I had an iPod that did the same thing I dropped it and the button came unharmed after a few months
