How to unsync my facebook contacts with iphone?

When I go to Settings, Facebook, Allow These Apps to Use Your Account (and uncheck the Contacts button to Off), it clears out All of my contacts on my phone, not just my Facebook contacts. Anyone have any ideas?

If possible remove any water with a bucket or pump then try using some type of flotation device like a life jacket to unsync your contacts
