How to update Itunes offline?
I recently got an Iphone4 and wanted to add my music on it via Itunes library but my Itunes version is too old to open my Iphone in it to drag music to it. I can't connect to the internet to update my Itunes, is there a way to update it without going online or using internet?

How are you asking this when you can't connect to the internet.
Download the iTunes installation file on another computer (such as the one you're on now). Once it's completely downloaded, copy it to a flash drive, and then copy it from the flash drive to the computer that doesn't connect to the internet. Run the installation file, and it will upgrade your installation.
Nope. You have to get internet. Only other way would be to download the installer on a computer with internet & then transfer it to that computer & install it that way.
Come on man. If you were out in the middle of nowhere, with no communication with the outer world, would you know about the iPhone 5.So how is your computer going to know how to download a new version
