Um, simple. You can use Wi-Fi to download it directly and update it there, or you can plug it into a internet connected computer and update it.
You can either update it directly with your phone or connect to Itunes and upgrade it.
I would suggest to not upgrade. I regret it. I find it very annoying that the YouTube app is gone. Stick with old update. There's not anything your missing out on with the new update.
