How to update/upgrade iOS 6 to iOS 7 in an iphone 5?

I would be very much appreciative of your kind answers.

Androiders, no bashing please.

Contact Apple Service Team for help, or ask for technologists to help you out.

When the new iOS is released by Apple in the fall

the iTunes installed in your computer will be notified - or - the iPhone's App Store update pane will have a notification for you. Follow the prompts. Same thing has happened for the last few iOS updates.

Very easy. Not much for you to do but wait until the release date.

IOS 7 won't be released to the public until the fall, but you can install it early if you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you can try out the new OS before everyone else. That's how I got it on my 4S.

  • Update stopped during ios update own iphone now phones broke I connected my iPhone 4 to my computer (iTunes) and started doing the update through iTunes. About five minutes into the update iTunes in my computer stops working, causing the update to of course stop working. Now my phone will not turn on. On the screen it is black with the 'charge symbol' as if it were low on battery and an iTunes symbol. I have tried turning my phone off and on, but of course it didn't respond.
  • New iOS 6 update, find my iPhone update? I don't like the new find my iPhone update is there a way to change back to the old find my iPhone but keep the new update? It's not showing locations like it used to and won't even how me major boroughs like Croydon. Streets are difficult to see, much smaller picture. General *** compared to the older version.
  • Is the iOS 6.1 update on iPhone 3 safe to update? On my first iPhone there were problems, and the update didn't help it wiped out everything and among other things had to get a new iPhone. The iPhone I have now works, so should I risk this update? It's a 3GS.
  • Is it possible to get a free iPhone upgrade? (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 upgrade)? I've had my iPhone 4 a little over a year now and I'm wondering if I could somehow get an upgrade? Is there something I have to do?
