How to upload my voice recordings on my iPhone into my camera roll?

I have a voice recording on my iPhone in the Voice Memos app, and I need to upload it into my camera roll so I can insert it as the audio for a video I'm making. How can I do this? When I press the button to share it, it only shows Email and Text Message. I need to upload it, please help.

Added (1). I have tried emailing it and texting it to myself, neither give the option of saving it to my camera roll, only options are email and text.
