Email it to yourself
Plug into computer
Windows - My Computer > iPhone > access videos & pictures
Mac - Image Capture > access videos & pictures
If it's short enough, email it to yourself. But if its too long, download the app: Photo Transfer App.(it should be the first app that comes up) It's blue and has two pictures with a Wi-Fi symbol on it. Once you have that on your iPhone, go on your computer and search in google: transfer app for pc(or Mac) and download it on your computer. Have your computer and iPhone on the same Wi-Fi and this allows you to transfer pictures and videos from your iPhone to computer or from your computer to your iPhone. (It costs $2.99 for the app, but its So worth it! And it's free to download on your computer)
