Just use basic video editing software and put the video on your phone onto your computer. To actually obtain the song from youtube, you have to illegally download it (y2mate.com). Put the video on the video track and put the audio file on the audio track.
If you need video editing software, just google it. You don't need to pirate something like after effects or sony vegas if you don't plan on doing any serious editing.
