How to use AirPlay with the screen on your iPhone 4G?

Added (2). But luckily I can use the iPad that I got from school starting Monday (when we finally start taking them home with us.

Double tap on the home button, swipe to the right, then click the arrow thing. It will find Airplay-enabled devices around you. Same with all iDevices. For the Mac, in some applications such as iTunes, the arrow sign is hiding in the bottom corner of iTunes.
