How to use an iphone from Australia in New Zealand?
I have an iPhone 3gs 8gb from Australia (cos that's obviously where I live) and I'm going on a holiday to New Zealand in a few weeks, I was just wondering what I have to do to be able to use my iPhone in New Zealand?
I was looking at phone companies and I noticed that Vodaphone runs in New Zealand and if I take out my Virgin Mobile Australia sim card and put in the Vodaphone NZ sim card, will it work like normal if I buy credit?
When you get to New Zealand go into a telecom shop and ask them they will be able to tell you if you can or can't use it!

I'm not sure where she purchased it from, I do think I will have to get it unlocked because she was on a plan that you pay it off for 24 months. I'm not too sure if it can be and if so where? I would ask her but she doesn't know squat about technology.
