How to view iTunes backed up photos and videos?
I had an iPhone with lots of pictures and videos on it, and everytime I synced up with the computer i'd backup everything. I don't own an iPhone anymore, and would like a way to find the pictures and videos on the backup to be able to put on my new phone. I know if I had another iPhone, just by syncing it and pressing restore with backup, all my photos and videos would be there. Anyway to get the photos and videos just from the computer?
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

After it was done, I notcied it deleted all my photos on my iPhone and replaced them with old ones I deleted from my phone. How can I get back my photos? Can you be specific?
