How to view lost back up on iphone?
Recently my sister was backing up her iPhone and while doing so she lost her contacts and photos and when she tried retrieving them from iTunes backed up my cousins backup on to her phone… Please Help!
If you are jailbroken you are fine just look in the file system's 'trash' you can recover deleted stuff there. If not, then apple have given you a big 'FU' by saying you can't access your filesystem without jailbreaking.
Did she have it backed up to iCloud?
Contact Apple as well or your cellular ptovider's tech support
There's a box that you check, back to iTunes or iCloud, make the right one checked
