How to wake up in the mornings?
I got a really loud alarm clock but I always end up turning it off and going back to sleep. (It has no snooze) I sleep through iPhone alarms and when people come in and wake me up I always end up falling back to sleep. My sister even tried throwing water on me.
Try keeping your alarm clock farther away from the bed so that you have to get up to turn it off.
You should see the doctor. It could be a phase shift sleep delay. Get a louder alarm with a snooze button
I have the same problem but I did find a solution! It may sound weird, but as soon as you wake up, sit up on your bed and shout "YEAH"
It may sound weird but trust me, the second you do it, you won't feel as tired and as compelled to go back to sleep! ^-^

Hi, Recently whenever I turn my computer on iTunes just quite happily opens, also when my computer goes into sleep mode and I wake it up iTunes opens, It's very annoying because I buy a lot of things on my iPhone and never download them on my computer.
