HTC Sensation XE or iPhone 4?

Now here's the thing. I owned an iPhone 4. I just want to know if its worth if you trade it for a HTC sensation xe?

I think it's worth it. The HTC Sensation XE has external storage, an 8 MP camera, a larger screen, and it is upgradable to the fast, newest version of Android, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Playing music will also be awesome because it has Beats audio. Give this phone a try!

But the HTC One X is 312ppi, also above the 300ppi limit, so does that technically make it a "Retina" display? (The One X also has a 1280x720 res while iPhone 4S has 960x640)
