Hhomework can I make the memory of my iPhone 4S bigger?

I have a 16 GB iPhone 4s and I have nearly used all the storage space, so I wonderd, can I make it's memory bigger?
There's no way to make the internal memory of any iPod, iPhone, iPad larger. What you purchased is what you get.
You really can't do that.
Apple does this to make you buy the more expensive models.
- Should I buy an iphone with a bigger memory or purchase icloud storage? I'm currently looking at changing my mobile contract and was looking at the iphone 5c. The 8GB model was a third cheaper than the 16GB. I currently have an iphone 4 with 16BG memory and I have had it for 2 years and have usually stayed around the 13GB usage mark. So, my question is, do I spend more money each month to get the 16GB model, or do I buy the 8GB and just buy additional yearly icloud storage? I do also have an ipad mini and iPod Nano (6th (?) generation) if this helps.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Iphone/Itouch app to make pictures bigger to smaller? Is there a free app in the appstore for Iphones and Ipod touches to resize images i have that are up to close to farther back? Or that are to big to smaller? If so what is it called and is it free?
- Iphone apps keep going to sleep to save memory, I had a Iphone 6 with 16GB of memory so? I went into storage to free some up now have 256GB on my new phone how do I stop the apps from uninstalling or hibernating when not in use I can't find anything, Thanks in advance
