I accidentally denied push notifications on an app and I can't change it?

I disabled push notifications on an app on my iphone 4 and I want to add notifications back in, but the app is not appearing in notification center. Is it possible to allow it to send notifications again?

Settings>General>Notification Center

Enable the app in there. Not sure if that's the exact path though, maybe just
