I'm charging my iphone 5 and it keep turning on and off?
I bought my new charger today. How do I fix it?
Time to take it to an Apple store to see what can be done. If still under warranty they will fix it for free. If out of warranty it will of course cost something to fix or replace the phone, and they will let you know what it will cost and then you decide which you want to do, fix or replace.
Fixing may involve sending the phone out, to get fixed if they can't do the repair there in the store. And replacing the phone may involve waiting until one can be sent to you. At this point the one you have does not work, so you got nothing to lose.
- Wouldn't turning off iPhone while charging shorten battery life? They say the iPhone has a battery life of 400 full charge cycles before it starts its decline. Ok here is the thing… A lot of talk on how to save battery life on the iPhone by charging habits such as turning the phone off while charging, airplane mode while charging, turn off Wi-Fi bluetooth etc… But if the phone charges faster… Wouldn't that increase the amount of full charge/discharge cycles and there for decreasing the life of the battery?
- Why is my iPhone 5 turning off and not turning back on? This has happened twice now. My iPhone 5 has turned off in the middle of the night with a full charge and off the charger, and when I try to turn it back on it takes a couple tries. Has anybody experienced this?
