I'm going to Miami, and I want to buy Iphone 5s cheaper than 400 $ . Can someone help me where to find?

Ae you staying in the US or going back to wherever you are from? If you are staying, and sign a new contract, you can get a 5 from any carrier that has them. If you are getting one to take back, fist, make sure it will work where you live. I'm not sure you can get even a 16 gig 5s off contract for under $400. At least not new. If you want used, try Gamestop or ebay. Just be careful that you aren't buying one that was stolen.
You can on contract but only if a US Resident. Otherwise you aren't getting it cheaper then 400.
