I'm having trouble with my instagram?

Okay, well i have an instagram account called @holidayinq. Everytime i login it says that I have to secure my account by going on my email and making sure its me and everything (this might be because I change my instagram password a lot) so when i go into my email, there's no message that says to secure my account. I went on the instagram website and typed in my username and forgot password on the computer instead of my iPhone. It says a message to reset my passoword and secure the account was sent to s***************c@gmail.com. I'm really worried because thats not even my email address and I know instagram is like changing emails and stuff but i don't think this would happen to me because that whole thing is over now and this problem happened yesterday. How do i get my account back and how do i change my password because I can't even get in now. Also the account isn't hooked up to Facebook. Is there any other way. Sorry if this was kinda long but it needed to be in detail to fully understand. Xoxo Brielle
