I'm on contract with 3 how do I get out of ot?

I had the iphone 4s on 3 and took it to phones for you and they gave me 310 and the s3 mini but I don't want it i'm within the 10 day get out period but don't have the money now what can I do to get out of the contract

I'm very sorry to say but I don't think you can get out of it but from my experience 3 is the best company so maybe stay with the them. If there's a way out they will probably charge you.
