I'm replacing iPhone 4s Screen. It is cracked but fully working?

I'm going to self repair(as it is out of warranty) my iPhone 4s. It screen is cracked but still fully usable. I don't know what parts would need i.e. Will I just need the glass digitiser or the glass digitiser + LCD screen also? Please respond if yo know even the slightest of info!

I'm a technician at XpressFix. All you need to perform a digitizer replacement on the iPhone 4s is the full digitizer/ lcd assembly. The lcd is fused to the glass digitizer with an epoxy solvent so be sure not to order the glass or lcd separately from any vendors as this will not work. If you do not want to perform the repair feel free to send it to http://www.1hourcellphonerepair.com/iphone-repair or http://www.xpressfix.com/iphone-repair. I think you can do it if you are a successful DIY'er.

  • White Screen of Death on My IPhone 3GS After Replacing Screen? I recently replaced the cracked screen of my IPhone 3GS. After reassembling it, I got the White Screen of Death. I've tried holding the power button and the home button to try to reboot, but it does not work. The phone seems to still be working normally other than the screen. In fact, it is currently playing music. Does anyone have and suggestions on how to fix this?

I recently dropped my iPhone 5 and cracked the screen I have insurance on the phone with att so I can replace it for $200 but my question is will I lose everything on my phone (bookmarked websites, pictures, notes ect.)? • Replacing a cracked screen on iPhone 4s? I want to replace the screen for my iphone and my service provider is US Celluar. Does it matter which provider the replacement is designated for when ordering the new screen off Amazon.com? Some say they are specific to verizon, sprint and at&t but i haven't seen one specific to us cellular. So I'm wondering if it will matter or if i can just order the verizon/sprint/at&t model?
  • My iPhone 5s got wet but it still working. But the touch screen is a bit slow. Is it safe to use? I dropped my phone in water but pulled it out immediately. I powered it down, dried it off, and let it sit for 30 or so minutes. At first the screen was red but then turned on and everything works. The touch sometimes is unresponsive. Is it safe to use my phone? I'm letting it air dry by a window because rice can cause erosion… Should I use it?
