I'm Upset Because Life Didn't Turn Out How It's Meant To Be?
I'm nearly 30 years old. My twenties wasn't the best time of my life. I'm upset because I didn't do a lot of things I was meant to do in my twenties. I dropped out of university, didn't learn how to drive, I was so broke and couldn't afford many things. I didn't go on holiday and so forth. Low self esteem is the reason why I achieved nothing in my twenties. If life went okay for me, I could have got a car, had an iphone and not repaying debt. Right now I'm repaying debt and have a bad credit history. For the rest of my life, I'm going to feel sad for not achieving anything in my twenties. When I see young women being happy in their twenties, I get jealous. What can I do?
Wow, I'm sorry to hear that, I've had similar experiences. First and foremost, now you're 30 regretting your 20's, so let me ask you something, didn't it seem like the time just flew? Didn't some of those momories and choices you made at 21 or 22 seem like yesterday?
Guess what, tomorrow you'll be 40! What memories do you want to have of your 30's? Do you want to say you did nothing in your 30's this time you can say it's not only low self esteem but that you were terribly upset and jealous?
I have been there, I swear! Don't do it, they're gone, it sucks, other are using theirs and you didn't its upsetting, now go live! Enjoy your 30's! Learn to drive, go back to university, get a good paying job and go get an iPhone and go on holiday! Do those things you regret not doing then! You'll only regret STILL not doing them if you don't!
You get one ride on this thing called life, whether you enjoy it or sleep through it, once it's done it's done, so why not savor it a bit. Stop the bitter regret, why suck on the lemon, go taste it, challenge yourself, work hard, play hard, love truly, be positive, be helpful, have faith, and find the humor and the magic that's all around you. If not, you can always watch those around you doing it instead, you can suffer and hate them for what seems like good fortune, when more often than not, it's a series of choices paying dividends!
You deserve better! Treat yourself right!

Stop watching tv. Thats how they controlling your mind subconiously putting things into your head, look into mk-ultra, frequencies study then see how it works.

Look up exercise and depression, it releases endorfins which improve mood and brain chemistry. Also look up art therapy, channelling what yr feeling into something creative helps yr brain process the negativity in yr head, even if yr not good at art; a could technique is doodling it brings yr thoughts into the present stopping u dwelling on the past and yr problems. If yr self esteem is low do and learn new things, small at first, this will give you a sense of achievement… Find some volunteer work, helping others or nature builds self esteem, it looks good on yr CV, it gives perspective, u ll meet nice new people and it gives u life experience and something to talk about, the more experiences you have the more empowered you will feel. When you find things that help come on here and share with the other troubled people, Be kind but be a little selfish its good to put yrself first sometimes.join clubs, groups, classes and activities in yr community were you ll meet likeminded people and have new things in yr life. You could even challenge yrself by joining activities you wouldnt normally be interested in. Also meetup.com or their app is great for finding meet ups of groups who have the same problems or interests as u… Don't be afraid to go to yr doctor and be totally honest, they ll understand and be able to help, medication or a change of medication can work wonders. A journey of self discovery is a good thing to do. Try different ways of living until u find one that makes sense. People have all kinds of reasons for living. And the journey of self dicovery is half the reward. Read The Magic by Rhona Byrne it has helped alot of people. And playing computer games has been shown to help with depression. Also technology can be very distracting, there r tones of apps that can take up yr time; a good podcast is android app addicts is great for finding new apps to distract u from yr problems even if your not on android also The Moth podcast is really great for inspiring stories.

It might not be as smug, but it will still atleast fit right? I plan on getting a ZAGG InvisibleShield full body coverage also, so that should increase the depth a little bit.
- Why am I so upset over this? URGENT? Ok so I went to a music festival the other day and lost my iPhone. I don't know if it was dropped or stolen, but it has been all I've been thinking/ worrying about since then. I have been bawling hysterically and keep over thinking/ regretting how I could have lost it or where it could be. I can't stop having these obsessive thoughts and its making me so depressed. Why am I getting so worked up over this?
- Is there meant to be snow in North West London tonight? I have an iphone 4 and I have the met office app it says there's a weather warning for snow and when I looked it said sleet then come 9pm its meant to be heavy snow and I work nearby where I live but we always have a back up plan just incase the weather is awful and I can't get there in the morning to take a little boy to nursery. Does anybody know if its meant to snow tonight in North West London I live near Borehamwood
- IPhone 4 battery not lasting as long as it's meant to? My iphone 4 is about 2 years old and recently the battery hasn't been lasting as long as it used to. It used to last all day with me using it all the time, but in the past few days i've been charging it twice a day and the battery just goes so quick even when i'm only using the txt messaging application. No other apps are running, is there any reason as to why my battery isn't lasting all day like it used to?
